An important first step is setting up an automatic response email that will begin going out from the address that’s going away. Here’s a sample auto reply you are welcome to copy/paste for your use:
Thanks so much for getting in touch with me. As of March 31st, 2023, I will no longer be using this email address. My new email address is (TYPE IN YOUR EMAIL HERE). Please update your records.
