Anne Williams’ husband, Reid Williams passed away October 4th. She has invited all of us to his Celebration of Life service on Saturday, October 21st at 11am at Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church. Visitation begins at 10am. Please continue to keep Anne and her family in your prayers.

Property Tours are a WIN-WIN for both agents and sellers; sellers getting feedback from multiple agents rather than just the listing agent on recommendations for improvements or price adjustments is far more effective than coming just from the listing agent.

In our ongoing effort to ensure the security of your data, FBS will implement a change to the MLS setting, “Number of days after which office and member Flexmls passwords expire,” on October 24, 2023.
Members will now be mandated to reset their Flexmls passwords at least once every 360 days, enhancing the overall safety and security of their accounts. If a member has not updated their account password in over a year, they will receive a prompt to do so upon their next login following the setting modification on October 24.
