What do you need to do?
Already set up a website in Moxi? Everything in your CB Moxi website will need to be migrated to our new Wallace version of Moxi. If you have already personalized your Moxi site, then we have someone working on transitioning this for you with no work from you and ready for use by April 1st
Want to migrate your website yourself? The good news is this is a pretty easy switch and we have some instructions on how to do it.
Haven’t set up your Moxi website yet? You will automatically receive the standard Wallace Moxi website template, but it can be customized to your liking. So, if you want to make your new website really pop, join us for an upcoming Moxi website training session.
What do you need to do?
MoxiEngage helps you keep in touch with your contacts. If you have already been using the CB version of MoxiEngage, you will need to export your contacts out, so they can be imported back into your new Wallace MoxiEngage. Contacts will need to be formatted into the required template, which you can download below.
Step 1) Export your contacts from CB MoxiEngage – Click here for instructions
Step 2) Format your contacts into the required template – Click here to down the CSV Template
Step 3) Import your formatted contacts into your new Wallace MoxiEngage – Click here for instructions
Key Things to Consider:
- The upload limit is 2,500 contacts.
- When transferring your contact data into the Contact Import Template CSV file, do not change anything in Row 1 (even if you do not have anything to put into that column). The header, Row 1, of the template must remain intact or contact information will not import correctly.
Haven’t used CB MoxiEngage? You can still export your contacts from your Outlook email and import them into the new Wallace MoxiEngage. Click here for instructions.
Drip Campaigns in Engage: With our new Wallace Moxi, you will have access to an updated set of drip campaigns in MoxiEngage, which will be in place by March 20th.
